We sit around this rug in a cozy room that has a soothing view of nature. Two hours in a safe, sacred space allows us plenty of time to simply go with the flow. Sometimes we do empowering group activities. Often, we coach participants who are seeking support and encouragement. Many times we celebrate victories and other times we might shed a few tears. No matter what happens, it seems we end up laughing quite a bit and walk away feeling uplifted and inspired.
